  • Yoga Foundations

    This is our recommended beginners class if you are new to yoga and want to develop a longer-term effective yoga practice. Classic postures and breath work are explored in detail, allowing you to develop an understanding of key techniques and build confidence. It is the perfect grounding in the basics of yoga and gives you what you need to progress safely and effectively into a stronger class. (* our Ashtanga Beginners class is also open to beginners, although is a more physically challenging class)
  • Gentle Stretch & Movement Class

    This class is for all levels of ability (including those with limited mobility). It is aimed at those who are simply looking for a very gentle class to stretch and relax.
  • Lunar Flow

    The class is suitable for all levels of ability, incorporating nurturing sequences and breath work to help alleviate restless energy (physical and mental). This class is also suitable for women trying to conceive, or in the first trimester of pregnancy (Lucine is a qualified fertility yoga and pregnancy yoga teacher).
  • Ashtanga for beginners

    This class introduces beginners to yoga to the Ashtanga half primary series. Ashtanga yoga is a physically challenging style of practice and so this class suits beginners who are looking for a stronger style of class.
