  • Fertility Yoga (Lunar Flow)

    This class is run by Lucine, an experienced yoga teacher who has undertaken specialist training in fertility yoga. Women can attend this class to support their physical and emotional health at any point on their journey, from thinking about starting a family, to trying for a baby (including during fertility treatment), and in the first trimester of pregnancy. Fertility yoga practices help to improve blood flow to the pelvic area, promote hormonal balance and detoxification, and improve the efficiency of the nervous system. Our calming sequences and breath work will also provide you with the time and space to nurture yourself.
  • Halo Antenatal (combined pregnancy yoga & birth preparation class)

    Halo Antenatal is our weekly pregnancy class, suitable from 16 weeks. This class offers you all the benefits of pregnancy yoga PLUS practical and effective birth preparation practices and education. Classes are run by Dr Lucine Techer, an experienced yoga teacher with specialist training in fertility, pregnancy, postnatal and healthy lower backs yoga, a KG Hypnobirthing Practitioner and Chartered Psychologist. These classes will help you to keep active and well during your pregnancy and prepare you to have a calm, confident and happy birthing experience - irrespective of the type of birth you are planning. At the core of our classes is a focus on the body, the mind and the breath - a very powerful mix that will support you through your pregnancy, labour and birth, and your transition into motherhood. Regular attendance throughout your pregnancy will help achieve the balance between building the fitness and stamina to support you through your pregnancy, labour and postnatal recovery, whilst having the intuitive ability to work softly and gently with the body when required during labour and birth.

  • Postnatal Yoga

    Our weekly postnatal yoga class (baby welcome!) pays particular attention to releasing tension in the neck and shoulders, encouraging good postural alignment, and regaining tone and strength in the abdomen, pelvis and lower back. Breath work and relaxation techniques are also introduced to help manage emotional changes and tiredness.

    Suitable from about 6-8 weeks after birth, after you have had your postnatal check from your GP. It is advised to wait until about 12 weeks if you have had a c-section. Please check with your GP that postnatal yoga is suitable for you.
